Service Description

In this slow practice we stay up to 5 minutes in either a seated, supine or prone pose to allow the body to go deeper, reaching into the connective tissue. We are using the breath and other mindful tools to stay present and connected in this very meditative practice. We end with a yogic reading while you are in shavasana. No experience needed for this practice. All you need is a mat and a lot of props such as a bolster or substitute with as many cushions as you can find and blocks (or if you don't have any, grab a few books). Maybe have a blanket ready to stay warm. See you soon…
