A gentle yet deep class for all levels

This is a slow flow practice with focus on strength, breath and flexibility. We start the practice with a breathing exercise, a warm up and move into flowing sequences, before we slow down into some static poses going deeper. You will leave feeling energised and at the same time also relaxed and balanced. All you need is a mat, blocks (or if you don't have any, grab a few books), a strap or a belt or even a scarf to substitute. Great! You are all set for your yoga practice!
