Holistic You is a way of being, being in tune with all aspects of your being. You will be guided and 
supported on your journey to release stress, learn how to deal with anxiety as well as everyday situations and challenges. You are not alone!

I offer online classes and workshops which focus on creating balance, peace of mind. Some classes will energize you, relieving stress in a more active way and other classes such as my Yin Yoga class will leave you connected, calm, relieving stress in a passive way.

Bed Time Yin Yoga

In yin yoga we stay up to 5 minutes in a pose to allow the body to go deeper, reaching into the connective tissue in a soft and meditative way.


About Me

Welcome to my page!

My yoga journey began in 2007 over night when a friend took me along to a yoga class. Immediately, I discovered a deep connection between my own body, mind and soul. I experienced peace of mind while my body got stronger, my anxiety got less, chronic headaches and migraines were a memory of the past and my stiff shoulders felt much better. Yoga was my anchor when I was going through a burnout and in many other situations when stress would drain me or anxiety would control my life.

I didn't have the tools that I have now, so it took me a long time to not only understand my mind and needs but also to find tools that would help me. Through yoga and holistic treatments I find resilience, confidence, balance, calm and peace of mind but more importantly than anything else is my mindset. Now I know when my mindset needs resetting and nurturing.

Thanks to my experiences I created a programme to help others with yin yoga, hatha yoga, breath work, holistic treatments, yoga therapy for better sleep, essential oils and coaching, so they can manage the pressure of their jobs with peace of mind, take back control over their lives, are full of energy, confident and happy with themselves.

I am certified to teach Sivananda Yoga studied in India, Himalayan Hatha Yoga taught by Yogi Ashokananda, Vinyasa Flow by Mimi Kuo-Deemer, Yoga for Insomnia by Lisa Sanfilippo and Yin Yoga by Sebastian Pucelle & Murielle Burellier, all studied in London. Additionally I am certified to practice Thai Yoga Massage, dōTERRA AromaTouch Technique and Ayurvedic Holistic Massages.

Patricia is an excellent and intuitive teacher. My practise with her deepened due to her patience in explaining positions and techniques which I had done before but never really understood why and how they worked. She has a great way of explaining things in a clear and concise manner. I love Patricia as she combines the spiritual side of yoga with a very clear explanation of how your body is working in different positions.
