I continue to support you on your yoga journey. Those of you who are still preferring practicing yoga from the comfort of your home or those of you who are going away, online yoga will stay here for the future. 


I am also offering private 1:1 or small group yoga classes so that you can benefit even more from the practice while I prepare an individual programme just for your needs.

About Me

Welcome to my page and the Holistic You  approach!


My yoga journey began in 2007 over night when a friend took me along to a yoga class. Immediately, I discovered a deep connection between my own body, mind and soul. I was finally able to relax, let go and to experience inner peace while my body got stronger and my chronic headaches and migraines soon were a memory of the past.


I am certified to teach Sivananda Yoga studied in India, Himalayan Hatha Yoga taught by Yogi Ashokananda, Vinyasa Flow by Mimi Kuo-Deemer, Yoga for Insomnia by Lisa Sanfilippo and Yin Yoga by Sebastian Pucelle &

Murielle Burellier.


I love to teach a more therapeutical and mindful Slow Flow with great focus on breathing as well as Yin Yoga that allow you to take an even more mindful, meditative and spiritual approach to your yoga practice. My passion is to help you create a deep connection between your mind, body and soul through my classes that create space and stillness and leave you with peace of mind.


Sundays 8:00-9:00 PM / BST

Bed Time Yin Yoga

In yin yoga we stay up to 5 minutes in a pose to allow the body to go deeper, reaching into the connective tissue in a soft and meditative way.

This late yin practice will relax your mind and prepare you for a good night's sleep.

Saturdays 9:00-10:00 AM / BST

Slow Flow

This is a slow flow practice with focus on breathing and alignment and a mindful approach.


Patricia is an excellent and intuitive teacher. My practise with her deepened due to her patience in explaining positions and techniques which I had done before but never really understood why and how they worked. She has a great way of explaining things in a clear and concise manner. I love Patricia as she combines the spiritual side of yoga with a very clear explanation of how your body is working in different positions.
